A LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER

Dear Stressed Friend!

I’m so happy you found us!  I know how frustrating it can be to even think of adding stress management to the long list of things you already have to do.  I promise you – this is worth it! I too, used to think it was impossible to manage my stress without quitting my job and moving to a screensaver type locale.  I suffered from a myriad of stress related symptoms for years, all while naively believing I was handling stress the best I could!  

When my symptoms became too much to ignore, I began researching how to reduce stress and was thoroughly disappointed with what I found.  Pages and pages of vague and inefficient suggestions sprinkled within marketing fluff and product placement ads.  Stress was literally tearing me apart, and Google suggested I manage my schedule better and give myself a hand massage.  I felt helpless but I knew in my gut there was a better way.

 

So, I started on a journey searching for a magical pill of sorts that would resolve all my health concerns. I became a certified holistic nutritionist and searched for answers in nourishment and superfoods.  I fell in love with yoga, massage and stretching; but even paired with proper nutrition I still didn't feel 100%.  

 

After more than a decade of research and experimentation, I can conclude that properly managing your stress is the missing link to achieving balance and optimal health.  No amount of healthy eating or exercise will help if your stress isn’t handled!  The dose method was born out of my dire need for an effective, efficient, and practical way to reduce stress and I’m so excited to share it with you!
